10 days emotional re-boot
This is for you who want to calm the noise or swirling mind, and land in your body - here and now. It doesn't have to be difficult to deepen your inner spiritual work and kick-start a new routine. But, it requires will-power and prioritization, and maybe some supported energy to fall into. During these days we will use different techniques, breathing and meditations to create shifts in our brain waves, go from stress, worry or overthinking to creativity, calmness and healing.
You don't have to do all the days in a row, however my hope is to help you create a daily routine - however long or short it may be. You have access to the guidance for 3 months, so if you find a favorite - do them again. If some day is particularly hard - then really do it again ;)
