Benefits of this Quick Breathing Technique

  • The breath will Enhance Focus:

Increases oxygen flow to the brain and out circulation, improving concentration and boost the level of energy

  • Breath work Reduces Stress:

  • Calms the mind, helping to alleviate anxiety and promote mental clarity.

  • Breath work Improves Mood:

  • Releases endorphins, creating a sense of well-being and positivity.

  • Breathe to strengthen lung capacity and diaphragm:

  • Diaphragmatic breathing, or Belly breathing, is the one of the cornerstones of Breathwork and by improving how and where you breathe you can eliminate stress, learn to switch between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system, reducing cortisol levels in the blood and improving  overall health.

I personally use this technique if I feel tired and are in need of energy or if I need to get focused very quickly. Sometimes the most simple tools as the breath makes such a big difference is just a short while. Try it!
