This 10-day journey combines breathwork and meditation to help you reset your mind, release tension, and reconnect with your inner calm. Each day will guide you through a unique experience designed to clear emotional blocks, realign your energy, and create lasting change in your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Science confirms spirituality
Research shows that meditative activities make the brain waves start to connect, that our two brain halves synchronize and signals to reduce the production of stress hormones are affected. Simply put- our days together can create shifts in our brain waves, going from stress, worry or overthinking to creativity, calm and healing.

There is an intention behind these days so preferably yes. That said, if you find a favourite - do it again. If you are having a hard time with one - for sure do it again.

Preferably :) This is to see if you can set a routine, help you to hold you accountable for the inner work that is soooo benificial for you. But, if you miss out on a day- don’t beat yourself up. Just do it the next day.
